Ooey Gooey Super Bowl Brownies

Super Bowl Sunday calls for the ultimate game-day treat, and these Ooey Gooey Super Bowl Brownies are just that! With layers of rich, fudgy brownie, melty chocolate, and a smooth, buttery frosting, these brownies will have your guests cheering no matter the score.

Ingredients

Brownies

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups flour

Filling

  • 4 large Symphony bars (toffee & almonds), chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • Optional: coconut, nuts, toffee bits

Frosting

  • 6 tablespoons butter, room temp
  • 6 tablespoons cream cheese, room temp
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Milk as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 16 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Make the batter – Mix eggs, sugar, butter, cocoa, and vanilla. Stir in flour.
  3. Bake the base – Spread half the batter in the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the filling – Top with chopped Symphony bars, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Top & bake again – Dollop remaining batter on top, spread evenly, and bake for 25 more minutes. Let cool.
  6. Make the frosting – Beat together butter, cream cheese, cocoa, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add milk as needed.
  7. Frost & serve – Spread frosting over cooled brownies, slice, and enjoy!
