Shipping and Returns


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, with the exception of art which ships within 7-10 days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Midway, Utah store location during regular business hours. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am - 6 pm Monday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you need to return or exchange a product you have purchased on our website, we offer a 14-day return policy after receiving your item with the exception of sale or clearance items and items listed below.** All sale items are deemed final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item remains in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags intact. Additionally, kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, we will gladly provide you with a return shipping label* and detailed instructions for sending the package back to us. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. However, in cases where the item is defective or due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses or send out a replacement.

**Please note that certain items cannot be returned and are deemed final sale. Including all items purchased at special events including Midway Swiss Days, sale items, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), original art and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, lotions, lip balms, etc.). Additionally, returns for gift cards are not accepted.
