Before photography, intaglios were were collected as souvenirs from European Grand Tours in the early 19th century. These plaster reproduction intaglios are mounted on ivory linen and displayed within a shadowbox behind glass in an antiqued gold frame.
Each piece is handmade and one-of-a kind, slight variations may occur.
