- Peter’s Caramel (or your favorite caramel brand)
- Wooden Apple sticks
- Vanilla A’Peels (white chocolate melts)
- Cinnamon & Sugar Mix (pre-mixed or homemade)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Apple: First, make sure your apple is ready to be dipped. Wash it thoroughly and dry it completely to ensure the caramel sticks properly
- Dip in Caramel: Melt the Peter’s Caramel according to the package instructions. Diane likes to melt it in the microwave. Make sure you stir often so the hot spots don’t burn.Once melted and smooth, dip the apple into the hot caramel, ensuring it’s fully coated. Let the excess caramel drip off, and scrape bottom with rubber spatula. Then place the apple on a sheet of parchment paper to cool and set.
- Coat in White Chocolate:Melt the Vanilla A’Peels (or white chocolate melts) until they reach the proper consistency. Again stir often so the hot spots don’t burn. Dip the caramel-covered apple into the melted white chocolate, making sure to cover it evenly. Scrape bottom of apple with rubber spatula and place on parchment paper.
- Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Layer:Wait a 1-2 minutes after dipping the apple in white chocolate, then press and roll it in a bowl of cinnamon-sugar mix. Be sure to coat all sides for a delicious apple pie flavor.
